Good to know cuz my mom had a similar question cuz she would see the buy ups before she became elite and doesn't see them anymore and was wondering if ppl could buy up while she was on the waitlist.

So non-elite customers won't be able to buy up when they check in within 24 hours unless all the elites clear? Right?
