No way to do it online on the dull to customers' needs dullta.com.

You have to call (and pay the phone booking fee, and likely deal with a snarly pm-DL agent who just wants you off the call as soon as possible and will likely give you the worst routing at the highest price - no way to comparison shop price/route combos here).
