I'd say it's reliable, and probably from a ground crew member or other airport worker.
Yes perhaps one of the guys who forgot the blocks on the truck :-).. I don't have a reason to not trust the article nor the source.. Just the old adage Trust but verify.. I see this has been verified by an AA source.
