Yes. It's a paid advertisement funded by Universal Studios, which is opening a Harry Potter theme park in Orlando. The ad is promoting the theme park, not the books directly. And they went with AirTran because they are one of MCO's largest carriers. Not a bad marketing strategy for Universal, actually.
