Did she refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, or did the supervisor also refuse? Either way, you should have politely asked for her name and a feedback form.
Personally, I would have called the OPSC (if you could get through) to try to get assistance. I think you might want to ask CO for some sort of compensation, since you didn't receive the full benefits of your status while flying. That would probably prompt them to contact AC in order to make sure it didn't happen again...
Just some random thoughts, though.
