I enquired about internet access via Hilton Customer Services as I will be taking lounge access as my MyWay benefit and I wanted to know if there was any free access in the lounge. This is the reply I got:

Bandwidth: prioritized access on the bandwidth

On the other hand, if you want to use a pc, you can find one on the ground floor near the Rialto Bar and others at the business centre on the first floor. For these computers you need to enter your Surname, the number of your room and a password which will be given to you by our staff. The cost for this service is 35 cent each minute.

In case you are a Gold Diamond Member or you have booked an Executive room, you can also get a Voucher at our Front Desk, which guarantees you 15 minutes of free internet access at our executive Lounge pc.
