I am in the middle of a DONE and would like to change my LHR-JFK segment from AA to an earlier BA flight. Unfortunately, my travel agent is inaccessible at the moment.

Can I call the airline office in London to change the ticket on the same day? or should I show up early at the airport to change the flight.
