Are the restrictions (Japanese guests only) at the Memories Lounge still in place? Has the hotel made any accommodation for Platinums to get a lounge area or complimentary continental breakfast?

My Kamaaina package includes 25% off food, but I think the buffet is still pretty pricey even with the discount and it's way more food than we want or need - I'd prefer some fruit, cereal and juice before heading out for the day.
