True - but not updated in the sense that anything was removed. The SOP never said we look for drugs, things like that. All it ever said was to report possible illegal activities to a LEO.

SOP has never changed regarding what we specifically look for.

But what I am getting at is this: not once has a court rule TSA policy to be illegal or unconstitutional. Oh, people have their own opinions, to be sure. But that's all they are - personal opinions.

And I DO recognize that we do employee some, uh, undesireable employees, who do things on their own because they believe they have the authority to do so. Those few cases we have lost, and rightfully so.
