Flying in on TG F and connecting to another TG flight in Y/C will also usually result in F lounge access- although not relevant to the OPs situation in this thread.

OP will have access to all TG C lounges, that includes concourse C,D,E as well as the SQ lounge, just won't be able to partake in the free 30 min massage given to TG pax ex-BKK in C.

I also prefer the SQ lounge (in A concourse - better wifi and better food options and the coconuts clinch it for me) then head go to the TG lounge in C concourse for a shower.

But, as I realize the date of the post and the wording, this trip might have already been taken
