I'd be interested to hear more about it. I'd wager I have arrived in DCA after midnight. Not sure what kind of aircraft that was though but still...

According to http://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL2744, on 13 June 2010, an aircraft identified as a B752/Q diverted to IAD arriving at 22:05 EDT (this site's departure and arrival times are FAA takeoff-touchdown timings, not gate arrival-departure).

Interestingly, on 14 June 2010, an aircraft identified as B752/Q landed DCA at 22:37 EDT.

This site is usually pretty accurate, in my experience. Perhaps DCA curfew varies by day of week (13 June was a Sunday)....
