92181: Both of the above plus
H118A Hydraulic elevator: Inside of Car: Restricted opening of car or hoistway doors

H302A Hydraulic elevator: Top of Car: light & outlet

Current fiscal year, 10/22/2009, shows same defects.

3/2008 Inspected and failed for same reasons plus access to mech room and pit. Follow up inspection 4/2008 shows "pass" on 92180 but "fail" on 92181.

FY 2006/07 Passed, no violation
