I sometimes wonder what these bright illegal kids who get good higher education expect to do after they have graduated? Those who crossed into the USA illegally cannot do anything to legalise without leaving the country - a big difference from visa overstayers who can marry a citizen and do AOS.

What was Eric going to do once he has received his degree from Harvard? He cannot lawfully work in this country in his major field. He obviously would not want to be a gardener or daily labourer. Hoping for the Dream Act that can take forever to pass? This is a dead-end for illegal kids who receive US college education.
