I'm new today on the forum. I'm travelling alone from Canada to Heathrow Terminal 5 and meeting my cousin there.
Is there any videos/interactive floor plan maps or diagrams showing what happens when I leave the aircraft. I'd like a printout to follow to get me through Immigration Hall, customs and security and out to the Meeting/Gathering Hall on the Ground level. I'm flying in First Class, is it the same procedure for everyone. I get a bit nervous and panicky when I'm presented with large spaces and unfamiliar surroundings.

I'm even starting to worry about how i will manage when I return to Canada once I leave my cousin at the departures buidling at Terminal 5. I do much better when I have something in front of me to study and refer to.
