Basic Newtonian physics (which you'll get to in high school) says that you have to specify your frame of reference.
If you stop breathing, your blood can be oxygenated in other ways. That's how people survive major surgeries as well as the time spent in your mother's womb before you're born.
BTW, you also need to specify how long you stop breathing. Presumably you've held your breath before at some point.
