Weren't these old PA 1 and 2 itinerary after UA bought the Pacific routes from PA?

PA 1 used to fly LAX-HNL-HND-HKG-BKK-DEL-KHI/THR-BEY-IST-FRA-LHR-JFK

PA had no "domestic" traffic right within USA.

PA 2 was the reverse. I remembered the Dining Lounge service on the upper deck of the 747 on PA. It was so civilised not to have your meal at your seat.
