The Skyclubs I've been to have all had bartenders for all alcohol; the beer has been both bottled and tap, and I believe the bartender opens the bottles, so you could not have it "to go"!

I haven't been in that many Hilton lounges - the only one I've been to with free booze was SLC Airport, where the attendant watched as you select your container yourself from the ice-filled tub.
I was talking about fountains for the Delta clubs. The hilton clubs I have been in have had bottled coke products. The last time I was at Palmer house the lounge actually had those small bottles for coke products and you had to ask the attendant for bottled water.

The delta clubs in detroit are all self service bars which I prefer. I can pour the drinks as strong as I want and don't have to tip a bartender. Plus I dont feel like a lush LOL.
