Membership Rewards points are potentially worth $0.02 to $0.025 if transferred to an airline frequent flyer program and redeemed for otherwise expensive airline tickets. This means long haul (intercontinental) business or first class -or- domestic tickets on routes without price competition. If you do not make those kinds of trips, or if you do not value the comforts of premium class air travel, the points are only worth about $0.01 each.
