How is it that you can return a car to Alamo, Dollar or Hertz and see the credits posted to your account within 4 hours to 4 days and Budget says you have to wait up to 90 days for the post to happen?
Especially in this day and age of computers and the Internet, the expectation is that data is exchanged daily and can be seen on your account on the Internet in a timely fashion. Anything less is unacceptable.
