LiveATC.net. Is it live? Weird question right? But I cannot work it out, it claims live feeds etc, however after a certain time, it just cuts off, and you can listen to the same thing over again if you wish!

Could someone explain how this works for me? I have been in the business a long time, and know alot about "Ops", but this has me stumped!!
