I made a few changes to some reservations (mostly just changing my credit card), and it looks pretty clean. However, when I finished, it never presented me the survey, so I'll post my observations here.

At one point, I thought I had found a loophole for getting C+P, but that's because it doesn't handle the case of two reservations being open simultaneously very cleanly (poor cookie usage). Since I always have multiple tabs open, the ability to work on multiple reservations at the same time would be a nice feature to see.
