Am booked using HH points at this property for Ms. Travelexpert, myself and our seven year old daughter later this week.

Just saw in tripadvisor.com that the hotel gives uphill to parties of three in a room, forcing the party into a high price upgrade.

Is this true? I have never had any such problem in my many years a an HH diamond.

If accurate--any suggestions on how to handle? Seems like nothing more than an way to extort some extra $$$ during the recession.
