Does that mean that the eligible rentals for Five Star status is counted in a calender year and the status earned is valid only for that year. so if I earn 5* by October, I can use it only for 3 months and for the next year, I need to re-qualify?
Any Hertz 5* FTers? Does not seems to be a great program
If you attain the appropriate rentals ( commonly 10 ) to attain 5* , then you will be 5* for the following year; get the appropriate rental count next year and will continue onwards to the following etc
If you attain the appropriate rentals ( commonly 30 or 40 ) to attain President's Circle the same rules apply
In some markets, if you attain the required rentals this year and you phone Hertz , they will upgrade the status now without having to wait till next year
