I've long assumed Chase only targets non-holders of the offered card. Don't you already have the RR Visa Signature card? I've heard of a probable case of a 32 credit offer being received by a long-time RR Visa non-signature card holder within a few months after that card was canceled. Has anyone here been targeted while already holding the RR Signature Visa? (Ignore minor timing issues; Mrs. ftnoob was targeted for the 32 credit/first year free offer shortly after being approved for the 32 credit/$59 fee offer, but that was likely due to being targeted for the second offer before the potential target list was updated to reflect her "active card holder" status.)
