If you get off Main Terminal to do your Duty Free shopping, you can continue to Premium Terminal. You need to go Terminal Transfer. The QR Customer Desk will help you to do so.

As a Business Class passenger, you get access to the Premium Terminal - which simply cannot be compared to even the Gold Lounge.

But I do agree that the Duty Free offerings are pathetic at the Premium Terminal.
