Question for anyone in the group who knows the (boilerplate) language of negotiated corporate discounts: do these discount programs typically prohibit the use of consumer discounts on top of the corporate rate?

Asking it another way: if I am Hyatt and I agree you to a contract that allows you company's traveler to stay at any US Hyatt (including Park Hyatts and also the Grand Hyatt NYC) for $195 per night, doesn't it seem reasonabke that I might, in return, include terms disallowing the use of any other form of payment except cash, credit card or debit card?
