Hi,

for the cheapest coach tickets, there is a $75 cancellation/change fee.

My question is: is this per leg, or total? I.e. if i book a round trip such as SFO>JFK>SFO (cheapest coach fares), and then cancel it, will the fee be $75 or $150.

Also, do I get the remaining balance after deducting the fee as a credit file, or do I have to pay the fee separately, and get the full value of the ticket as a credit file?
