So, I rented a car using the Avis UK site, but for a US based rental from Buffalo, NY. It included LDW & SLI with the rate ^ My total came out to around $140 versus $430 if I booked on US site and included LDW & SLI. Now, how do I add that reservation to my profile at www.avis.com? I can pull up the reservation fine on the US site, but I see no way to manually add it to my profile. Any pointers?

Also, the rate code for the rental was 8K. Out of curiosity, I tried to book a car under that code using the US site, but it errors out with the message that the code cannot be used with my booking. Will I face any questions/problems when I show up for my rental when they see the UK code? I looked at the T&C very closely and nowhere it says that US residents CANNOT book on the UK site or the reverse, that ONLY UK residents can book on the UK site. Plus, while reserving I gave my proper US billing address AND COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE and had no issues. I think I am covered, but anybody has any experience with this?

Last question, we plan to go to Niagara Falls and will be driving the car across the border into Canada. Will my LDW & SLI cover me in Canada even if the rental point is BUF?
