Feedback to Hyatt Gold Passport regarding recent program changes (point devaluation)

I sent an email to Hyatt Gold Passport, lavishly praising the program, in general, but also specifically expressing my concern regarding this most recent change to the program (which effectively results in a significant devaluation of points), coming less than 3 years after a previous program change resulting in another significant point devaluation. In light of this, I requested that GP be more flexible and consider permitting changes to be made well beyond the September deadline they have currently established (whether, in general, or for DIA/PLT level members).

I encourage others to communicate their thoughts with GP. The folks at Hyatt have been generous and understanding, in the past. I believe that the more feedback they receive, the more willing they will be to implement a more flexible approach to this most recent devaluation.

The purpose of this particular thread is not to foment discussion, but rather to suggest action on the part of the FT community so interested. Feel free to indicate if you've written to GP on this issue.
