In fact, FD clerk didn't even look at the back for the T&Cs or made any mention of the cert or the word Costco. I wonder what accounted for the change?
FD Manager told me it started 2 weeks ago, and he heard a lot of complain from Diamonds who stayed there too
(This is not going to go well with us).
