At DOH I have seen the following being checked in:
* An old tyre stuffed with clothes and wrapped in hessian
* Bicycle wheels stuck on top of clothes hamburger style and wrapped in plastic
* Around 50 individual shoe boxes, all for individual tagging
* Gas hobs
* Fridges
* Widescreen TVs, or at least widescreen TV boxes.
