Yes, recently stayed at this hotel. It's average, and I would certainly not call it a 4-star; more like 3-star. It's old, the carpet was stained in multiple places, the bathroom was also very dated. The only people that speak English are the front desk staff. They do have a free airport shuttle that was operating every 30 minutes. There's a mall across the street but there's nothing special about it. They have ATM machines outside of the mall and will escort you over there. They do have their own CP-branded taxis out front and their rates are generally reasonable. I paid C$100 for most rides.

I didn't eat at the hotel restaurants and I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms. I'm not sure if the more expensive rooms are really that much better or not.
