Can someone who's been here before tell me whether the facilities/activities for kids are good or not (e.g. kids camp and kiddie pool)? our last vacation was at the Hyatt Maui with its great kids pool and slide. I'm guessing the beach at Hyatt Cancun has the Maui beat, but the reverse might be true about the pool and camp hyatt.

Also, what kind of suite does a confirmed suite upgrade get you?
