+1 for taking one of the earlier flights. And besides the UA lounges, you might look into getting into the LH lounge; you'll have enough time. Don't know if you have access, but if you are *Gold, you will.

Also, there is 'Vino Volo', near the UA int'l gates, that is a nice spot to hang out and eat & drink, IMHO.
