always take the extra time on "last/only flight out" int'l conx sit as you never know what could happen. if it's nothing, you sit at iad for 4 hours but if something like an mx on you bos-iad or any type of irrops (i.e. weather) at bos and/or iad, better to have that time allotted "up front"
