I'm getting repeated reports of AA Platinums and AA Executive Platinums being granted lounge access by IT at DEL when flying IT coach domestically from DEL. Not sure why this access is being granted, but this is either indicative of a policy change related to OW tie-ups or a case of YMMV as a result of agents of the airline and/or lounge not knowing what they should be doing.
