A FD agent at Hyatt Place in Cleveland/Independence denied me the use of certs on a AAA rate and told me I couldn't charge things to my room from the gallery snack bar and pay with the certs.

Had to wait until a manager was around in the morning to sort things out, which they did, but the employees need to be better educated.
