Its very difficult for any hotel
anywhere to match the quality of rooms at the Hilton Bandung; just look at the amount of high quality marble that goes into this place, even the luggage rack is clad with granite. However, I feel that the staff at the Hilton are not as well trained nor as warm as the Sheraton.
If you compare basic rooms between the Hilton and the Sheraton, the Hilton wins hands down. However, if you compare the exec/tower rooms at both hotels, its a tough call. While the exec rooms at the Hilton is sleek and modern, it does not feel as cosy as the towers room at the Sheraton nor does it have a balcony.
For those on business, the Hilton is a very good choice. However for leisure stays, I still prefer the Sheraton for its open concept and informal atmosphere (and not forgetting fresh air)
