Nope, can be set by cabin. A couple of times when I was alone in F, I always asked them to set the temp way down. Never a problem and didn't affect anyone else.
Sidenote: For those of us who like the cabin cool, try AirNZ. Their default cabin temp on long haul is way cold and I love it. Always get great sleep.
