No, it won't work - the way the OP has described. BKK would be the point of turnaround, so the only way to fit ZRH in would be to keep travelling westbound over the Atlantic.

You couldn't travel YYZ-TPE-BKK-ZRH, and then return to Canada back across the Pacific.

And you can't fit the extra stop in TPE. Only 2 stopovers (>24 hours) plus the point of turnaround.
