The booze is not the end-all, be-all, but is part of the current PC offering. If you take that away, then the value to me goes down substantially. It's not worth the better part of $400/year for a quiet place to sit. I never shower at the PC and haven't yet needed to use the customer service. For me, it's about the quiet place and the drinks. If they do away with the drinks, I think $100-150/yr would be a big price. The value to you and every other traveler may be different.
