Applied for the 2010 checking account on January 4, 2010.
Did my part of deposite and 5-10 signature transactions every month.
02/23/2010 Chase Debit Card Enrollment Bonus Miles 2,500
06/07/2010 Chase Debit Card Enrollment Bonus Miles 12,500

More than 5 months and I have yet to receive the 10K bonus miles balance!

Called several times (the local branch and the 800 number on the back of the debit card) and was told that the miles are there allocated to my account ... but they are not showing at my CONT account ... what gives?

Any similiar experiences, comments or suggestions?
