I have never been upgraded beyond the executive level rooms (4 stays in total). But my sister, who just checked out of the Westin Seoul - has been upgraded to a suite or junior suite on all her stays (3). Last week I was at the Sheraton Walker Hill as the Westin was sold out, and she still got upgraded...

I have only taken breakfast in the lounge. So cannot comment about location of breakfast.
