I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing that the culinary offerings at LAX would undergo some serious improvement.

I was very happy to learn that the Border Grill is petitioning the powers-that-be to get into LAX. It's a crime of the highest order the the food offerings are so dismal at LAX, especially given LA's spot as the nation's premier restaurant and foodie town.

The Border Grill, run by the Two Hot Tamales, has a petition on its Web site, to get into LAX. You have to identify yourself, and there's a box in which you can type your comments. I encouraged the siting of Border Grill in Terminal 4, where the food is worse than anything you could find at TVC.
