I have a set, though not from REI, and they are very handy. ^ The fly in the ointment comes when some security agent is overly officious and wants to know/test what's in the no name bottles/tubes. I've had a few subject me to a closer scrutiny that they likely wouldn't have with a right sized toothpaste tube from the manufacturer, though luckily it's not been much more than a second look and no rubber gloves were necessary
