When I signed up (last October)for the regular DC En Route with the promise of 12K miles, the deal was 7000 up front and then 500 for the first 10 >$20 transactions. The first 7000 showed up pretty quickly, but there's still no sign of the other 5k. After my last call, they said the points would start appearing on the April (not) or May statements. Still waiting.
