I just got 2000 miles posted to my AA account from certificates received by Kellogg's in February, 2001. I think I get the record for late posting. Thanks to FT I became aware of the website where you can check the status of certificates you have mailed. I found that the first batch had never been posted. A great AA customer service agent just went ahead and posted the missing miles.
