Just follow your own rules, you know, like we have to. If it is a dumb rule, change it.
The problem is that TSA cannot compel its employees to be consistent in procedures. TSA has caused this problem by saying that inconsistent screening is a desirable means of security.
TSA has made a bad error, like most TSA decisions, and cannot get the genie back in the bottle.
