Yesterday at approximately 4:40 PM CST hyatt.com and our reservation system went down. During that time period our website was unable to process any reservation requests. Hyatt.com became fully functional at 7:20 PM CST. On behalf of the gold passport concierge team I wanted to give everyone a heads up on the issue that took place yesterday evening. I apologize for any inconvience that this may have caused.
