Oddly enough the subject of CW LCY and getting to LCY in particular was discussed over dinner last night at The Ledbury - not been there before and I highly recommend it. Two of us at the table are both flying out to New York on June 25, one in F from LHR (leaving from home) and one in CW from LCY (leaving from the office) and we were discussing their relative merits.

We agreed that the whole point of LCY is you get there in ten minutes by cab from Canary Wharf and that getting there on the DLR is, relatively speaking, a nightmare, having to change trains and whatnot.

Even going from the City, I'd have thought it was a pretty easy taxi journey. And between the City and Canary Wharf, isn't that quite a high proportion of the customers covered?
